Park owners Alex Jubb and Timothy Hay are long-standing friends who spotted an opportunity for customers to enjoy two dream lifestyles for the price of one. The initial concept was to provide a luxury second home in a secure community focused park.
This holiday home park was to represent great value and a perfect base for second home owners who wanted to maintain strong links with the UK. The money released from the sale of the primary home in the UK could then be spent on "a place in the sun" enabling families to truly have the best of both worlds.
Now this concept has expanded to include people of retirement age who wish to live occasionally with their children but have their own base in a safe and secure supported environment, thus maintaining their independence.
Alex Jubb has worked in the leisure industry for the last twenty years. Eight years ago he started his own company, Joal Leisure Ltd mobile homes, which rapidly became the largest specialist distributor of caravans in the UK. The business has grown very rapidly, largely due to the Company's attention to customer service and full transparency.
Tim Hay is also Managing Director of the Beeston Group and has worked in the leisure industry for the last twenty years. Tim owns numerous holiday parks throughout East Anglia; his focus has been on value, community spirit and a great working environment for his staff.
