Timm Hay, Managing Director of the East Anglian based Beeston Group, and owner of New Hall Lodge Park, is quizzed about the holiday lodge market in a recent interview.
So Timm, how was the holiday lodge market for your company in 2012?
Overall, I'm very satisfied with how my companies performed last year, with very good sales at New Hall Lodge Park in Essex, Cliff House Holiday Park in Suffolk, and Yaxham Waters in Norfolk. We also achieved a major planning permission at The Hollies Kessingland, on the Heritage Coast in Suffolk, where we are starting building our new camping and leisure resort, which will incorporate 75 lodges.
