This is particularly popular with our retired owners who were able to downsize on their previous property and now relax and enjoy their lodge retirement home. Full-time Park Team Wardens take care of grass cutting, security, rubbish collection, gas deliveries and general park maintenance.
The secure park environment is peaceful with friendly staff and there is a good community spirit amongst the lodge owners.
New Hall Lodge Park adheres to the Code of Practice laid down by the British Holiday and Home Parks Association which prohibits excessive rises in fees such as ground rent.
We are open from 1st March to 14th January, closing for just 6 weeks a year, but you will be able to use your lodge every weekend during the closed season. Due to the long open season, our holiday lodges make excellent homes for retirement as you can enjoy relaxing and feeling like you are on a permanent holiday!
