All lodges for sale are located on a generous plot with double tarmac driveways, and have the benefit of a fitted security system and optional broadband telephone connection.

Park Plan

Ground rent for the 2011 season at less than £2,100 per year (including rates and water charges). New Hall Lodge Park adheres to the Code of Practice laid down by the British Holiday and Home Parks Association which prohibits excessive rises in fees such as ground rent.
