This lodge is surprisingly spacious and uniquely designed and has been recently decorated in light neutral tones. A striking, large hallway beautifully separates the two ends of the lodge with an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner to the front. French doors and full length windows ensure it is bright and airy, even on a dark winter’s day.
The kitchen is very user-friendly with excellent storage and work space and because the living area is open plan, it is a modern and sociable space. The lodge has been subtly adapted for disabled living so there are a good number of plug sockets throughout.
There are two bedrooms and the pretty master benefits from a very large en suite bathroom, that comes with a bath and separate shower cubicle and large cupboard, perfect for storing towels and linen. There is also a second family bathroom that has been converted to a wet room.
The lodge is being sold unfurnished and is ready to move in to.
Outside is a large veranda that has been ramped for easy access and partially covered in AstroTurf. To the rear of the lodge is a private area of garden with a patio and hot tub and a door from the rear of the lodge, allows you to access the hot tub quickly and privately, which is very useful on colder days. There is also an enclosed area of garden which would be very useful for dog owners as well as a good-sized shed. The shed and hot tub are included in the price.
The parking bay will accommodate two cars.
